Gabriel's Wine

Gabriel's Wine is made by Gabrieli Khomasuridze, who returned to his childhood home in Gamarjveba, in the Kvemo Kartli region, after 27 years at the 6th-century Shio-Mgvime Monastery, and began producing wine there with friends. Fermentation and aging take place in buried qvevri without filtration and with minimal sulfur, using native Georgian varieties including Rkatsiteli, Goruli Mtsvane, Kakhuri Mtsvane, and Saperavi.
