About

The oldest active pisco distillery in Chile, Fundo Los Nichos sits in Pisco Elqui within the Elqui Valley, the birthplace of Chilean pisco itself. More than 34 hectares of vineyards spread across Pisco and Horcón supply the work. The house produces pisco and sweet wines using traditional methods, some unchanged since the 1920s. Pedro Jimenez and other grape varieties feed the program. Fundo Los Nichos Pisco arrives at 35° and 40° alcohol. Espiritu del Elqui Pisco comes at 40° and 45° alcohol. Guided tours are available.
