Fink Hermann

About

Hermann and Anna work in Großhöflein, where vineyards are located around the property in northern Burgenland. White wines are aged in steel tanks or wooden barrels, often with spontaneous fermentation. Red wines undergo maceration fermentation in steel tanks or wooden vats, then age in wooden barrels. The portfolio includes white, red, and sweet wines. Frizzante Rosé is a cuvée of Blaufränkisch, Zweigelt, and Blauer Burgunder, semi-dry with 12.5% alcohol in the 2024 vintage. Gelber Muskateller Frizzante is dry with 12.5% alcohol in the 2023 vintage. Five alpacas live on the property. Wine is sold on-site Saturdays 9am to noon and weekdays by appointment.
