Fernando Ravera and Edu Gabarini produce Malbec, Cabernet Franc, and Petit Verdot across Argentina. Don Bicho is a natural Malbec from a single organic vineyard in Los Chacayes, Tunuyan, with no added sulfites, limited to 2399 bottles. Turbio is an unfiltered wine. The reserve line, Gran Malabarista, ages 15 months and is limited to 1800 bottles. El Ilusionista spends 15 months in French oak, limited to 1200 bottles. Ravera blends Malbec, Cabernet Franc, and Petit Verdot from Luján de Cuyo and Valle de Uco. Forastero ages 15 months in used barrels. A tasting room is available.
