Eduardo Soler and friends started Ver Sacrum in 2011 to make fresh, low-alcohol Rhône varieties with minimal intervention, hand-harvesting and foot-treading grapes from their small vineyard in Los Chacayes. These are honest, easy-drinking wines with zero corrections or filtering, made from grapes like Garnacha, Carignan, and Syrah that taste like they came straight from nature.
