About Bodega Carmine Granata
Raúl Granata shapes the program in Mendoza, drawing on Andes snowmelt to irrigate the vineyard. The harvest is manual, each berry handled to preserve its integrity. The portfolio spans Malbec, Pinot Negro, Bonarda, Petit Verdot, and Cabernet Franc. Wines destined for aging rest in French oak for six to twenty-four months, with some also seeing American oak. The Malbec Oak Cask and Gran Reserva Malbec anchor the house. Portuguese corks seal each bottle. Tours move through the barrel room and bottling line before reaching the Family Wine Museum, concluding with tasting in the cellar.
