Brian Schroeder has been brewing for over 20 years. At Erratic Ale Co. in Dexter, he and his wife Deb run a family nanobrewery that produces small-batch beer brewed and served in house. The program centers on pale ales, stouts, and Irish reds. A barista works the counter from 7am to 4pm. Open Tuesday through Saturday from 7am to 10pm, and Sunday 7am to 6pm.
