Evidently Rosé 2023, a blend of 57% Syrah and 43% Grenache from Angiolina Vineyard, undergoes whole-cluster pressing without cold maceration, co-ferments in stainless steel at 55 degrees Fahrenheit, then ages sur-lie in tank for eleven months. The Syrah Reserve 2022 and Cabernet Sauvignon 2022 round out the portfolio. The tasting room offers food and outdoor seating.
