Evidently Rosé 2023, a blend of 57% Syrah and 43% Grenache from Angiolina Vineyard, undergoes whole-cluster pressing without cold maceration, co-ferments in stainless steel at 55 degrees Fahrenheit, then ages sur-lie in tank for eleven months. The Syrah Reserve 2022 and Cabernet Sauvignon 2022 round out the portfolio. The tasting room offers food and outdoor seating. Wine club memberships include SYMBIOSIS 6 and SYMBIOSIS 12 with two shipments yearly, or SYMBIOSIS 4x4 with four shipments annually, plus a $25-per-month subscription option.
