About Cork and Taps, by Domanico Cellars
Jason Domanico tends vines planted in 1975, now over 50 years old, on just under 10 acres in Prosser. The property carries deeper roots still. Table grapes from over a century ago remain, planted with the original homestead. Cork and Taps, the tasting room at 236-D Port Ave, opens Thursday through Sunday, 11 AM to 7 PM. Wine by the glass, tastings, slushys, beers on tap, casual food. The vineyard itself, at 24901 N Crosby Rd, welcomes visitors by appointment. A second tasting room operates in Seattle's Ballard neighborhood.
