About

A fourth-generation dairy farm in Skaneateles has planted a vineyard. Three acres hold over 30 varieties, a mix of Vinifera, Hybrid, and Native grapes. Cabernet Franc and Riesling grow alongside Chambourcin, Aromella, Niagara, and Catawba. The grapes are organically grown without conventional fungicides and insecticides, with small exceptions. Low-impact weed control minimizes herbicide use. Every bottle is made from Eibert fruit alone. Orders ship across New York State for a flat $20 rate, or arrive free by local pickup and delivery in Skaneateles, Rochester, and Buffalo.
