Stefan and Walter Ehm lead the program in Zistersdorf, where four generations have worked the vines. Stefan manages the business side, Walter commands the cellar and vineyard. The Weinviertel DAC Ried Bockstaller reached the Salon 2025 finals, ranking among Austria's finest Grüner Veltliners. The Ried Südhang made the Salon 2022 cut as one of the country's best classical expressions of the varietal. The house produces Zweigelt and Cabernet Sauvignon, plus a Pet Nat Grüner Veltliner, naturally fermented without additives or sulfite. The cellar avoids irrigation and groundwater extraction, enrolled in Austria's environmental agriculture program. A 24/7 farm shop at Stadtgrabengasse 19 stocks the work. Orders of twelve bottles or more ship free across Austria.
