About Dougherty Orchards
Dougherty Orchards has grown apples in Cambridge City since 1883, making it Indiana's oldest family-owned orchard. The orchard now spans 33 varieties of apples, which are used to produce apple wine. Craft beer is also offered. The property hosts a petting farm with a koi pond. Andra has owned the orchard since 2004.
Tasting Experiences
Petting Farm
Stroll around a large pond stocked with Koi fish and interact with a variety of farm and exotic animals including goats, sheep, alpacas, and miniature donkeys. Admission: $10 for adults, $8 for kids.
Apple and Pumpkin Picking
Pick your own apples and pumpkins seasonally, or purchase pre-picked selections from the orchard store.
Winery & Bar
Enjoy apple wine, wine slush, or craft beer while strolling through the orchard or purchase bottles to take home.
