About Seven Springs Farm Winery, Inc.
Seven Springs Farm Winery in Carthage produces Springhouse Reserve estate wines from fruit grown on-site and grapes imported from Italy, Germany, and Chile. The program extends to Italian Pantry small-batch foods and, coming in June-July 2027, a distillery drawing on corn, barley, wheat, rye, and oats from the farm, combined with Scottish specialty malts. The winery opens to the public in December 2026. Visits operate by reservation only. The house does not follow the American commercial tasting-room model, instead offering a Northern Italian estate experience.
