About Domaine des Bergeons
Domaine des Bergeons has worked the same 12 hectares in Noizay for several generations. The vineyard operates under lutte raisonnée, forgoing insecticides and herbicides for more than 20 years. The program produces the full range of Vouvray wines, sec through moelleux to fines bulles, each aged in troglodytic caves carved into tuffeau stone. These underground cellars maintain optimal aging conditions. In the cellar, minimal inputs respect the natural wine characteristics.
