Domaine Sarnin-Berrux

About

Jean-Pascal Sarnin and Jean-Marie Berrux founded this négociant in Monthelie in 2004. The house works across seven appellations, from Chablis to Beaujolais, sourcing fruit for manual harvest and pneumatic pressing. Pinot Noir and Chardonnay form the core. The program is organic and natural, fermented without selected yeasts, enzymes, or sulfites. Saint-Romain Chardonnay has anchored the portfolio since 2007, joined by Savigny-lès-Beaune Chardonnay from 2014 onward. The Cuvée ART sits among their releases.
