Domaine Michel Gaunoux

About

Domaine François Gaunoux is a renowned Côte d'Or family estate of about 10 hectares, still privately owned and controlled by the Gaunoux family since the 16th century. The domaine is now managed by Claudine Gaunoux, who produces approachable and complex wines by maintaining a balance between tradition and modern winemaking techniques. The estate specializes in hand-picked grapes, traditional vinification methods, and aging wines for 16 to 18 months.
