Domaine Pouderoux is a family-run winery in Maury, Occitanie, operating for over a century in the heart of the village. They produce both dry wines and naturally sweet wines (vins doux naturels) using organic farming methods since 2011 and biodynamic practices since 2021. The domaine is committed to sustainable viticulture that respects their unique terroir of black schist and calcareous soils in the Maury valley.
