Domaine de Dernacueillette

About

Domaine de Dernacueillette began in 2000 in the Hautes Corbières, where Guillaume Boussens works as a vigneron d'altitude across 14 hectares planted over two decades. The vineyard ranges from 360 to 690 meters in altitude. The cellar is a 17th-century structure with a roof restored in 2013. The first vintage entered the private cellar on September 28, 2003. Boussens works with Carignan, Grenache, and Syrah, harvested at natural yields of 15 to 20 hectolitres per hectare.
