Domaine Alfred Wantz has worked the slopes of Mittelbergheim since the 16th century. The program centers on Alsace's classic whites, Sylvaner, Riesling, Gewürztraminer, Pinot Gris, Muscat, and Pinot Blanc, alongside Pinot Noir. The house produces organic wines across the portfolio, including Grands Crus d'Alsace and Crémant d'Alsace. The Sylvaner Grand Cru Zotzenberg stands as a unique case in Alsace. The tasting room welcomes visitors Monday to Friday from 10 to 12 and 14 to 18, Saturday from 10 to 12 and 14 to 17, and Sunday and holidays by appointment in the morning.
