Three generations of work near Haut-Koenigsbourg, where more than 60% of the vineyard consists of old vines. Domaine Fahrer Paul tends Gewurztraminer, Riesling, Pinot Gris, Pinot Noir, Muscat, Sylvaner, and Edelzwicker across land in conversion towards organic agriculture since 2020. The cellar ages wines partly in traditional foudre and partly in stainless steel, while crémants ferment slowly in the bailli cellars with naturally constant temperature year-round. A picnic area is available on the property.
