About the winery
A family operation since 1888, they're still making Savatiano and the iconic Retsina of Spata using grapes from their own 9 hectares in Mesogeia. The winery itself is a cool blend of 1920s industrial vibes and traditional local style, which honestly feels fitting for wines this steeped in Athenian history.
