Dna Vintners

About

DNA Vintners in La Crosse makes hand-crafted wines in small batches from local fruit. An acre of rhubarb and 25 pear trees grow on the farm. Cranberries come from Habelman Brothers Cranberries. The portfolio spans Frost Watch Red, a semi-sweet cranberry wine with a crisp finish, alongside Frost Watch Orange, Chocolate Paradise, CranRazzy, and single-fruit wines from cherry, raspberry, and pear. Twelve kinds of cranberry wine and blends anchor the program. Since 2006, the work has lined Wisconsin store shelves. The tasting room opens Friday through Sunday, noon to five, May through December. Vineyard tours are available. Frost Watch Orange, Chocolate Paradise, and CranRazzy were top sellers at the Wisconsin State Fair Wine Garden.
