Devault Vineyards in Concord makes Norton and Niagara wines alongside a portfolio of fruit wines and blends. The Norton runs dry, marked by blackberry, gala apples, and spice, while Darion's Reserve takes the varietal into oak, layering blackberry and vanilla. Mr. D's Blend and Sweet Autumn Mist anchor the sweeter end. Jacob's Strawberry, Old Time Watermelon Wine, and Lover's Blush round out the range. The tasting room opens Friday and Saturday, noon to five. The property hosts an indoor pool, tennis and volleyball courts, a basketball court, and a stocked fishing pond. Event rentals span outdoor grounds with optional stage, tables seating up to 100, and a year-round pool house for private gatherings.
