About Das Weinhaus LLC
A family farm in Litchfield since 1931, transformed from dairy to grain and now to wine. The fifth generation planted first vines in 2015, opening Das Weinhaus in August 2022. Grapes arrive from New York, processed entirely on the property. The patio overlooks vineyard and pond, where live music plays.
