On the North Fork, Croteaux Vineyards is the only vineyard in the United States dedicated exclusively to rosé. The program combines traditional southern French winemaking with the region's seaside style and agrarian history. Merlot and Cabernet Franc form the foundation. The portfolio spans still and sparkling expressions, from Sirène Merlot Rosé and Merlot Sauvage Rosé to Sparkling Jolie Cabernet Franc Rosé and Sparkling Merlot Cuvée. The tasting room offers outdoor seating and food.
