Tasting Experiences
Standard Tasting
Privatized and intimate tasting of a distinguished flight of wines on the edge of the 17-acre estate vineyard. $60 per guest, applied at completion or complimentary for wine club members.
Wine & Cheese Pairing
Five artisanal cheeses paired with five Clos Solène wines, guided by an Estate Host. Monday-Friday at 10:00am, 1 hour 15 minutes. $95 per guest, $75 for members.
Estate Excursion & Tasting
Private guided Polaris tour of 27-acre vineyard exploring terroir, barrel room, and production area, culminating in a seated tasting of five current releases on the patio. Monday-Friday at 10:00am, 1 hour 30 minutes. $140 per guest, $90 for members.
A Taste of the Terroir
Exclusive private experience with owner and winemaker Guillaume Fabre, featuring barrel samples and Polaris tour of premium vineyard blocks for a farm-to-glass experience.
