About Château Gruaud Larose
Founded in 1725, Château Gruaud Larose has passed through four families across nearly three centuries. The Gruaud and Larose families established the estate, followed by the Balguerie and Sarget families, then the Cordier family, and most recently the Merlaut family. The program applies agroecological principles to production. The portfolio includes Gruaud Larose and Sarget. Visits require reservation and are available Monday to Friday, 9.30am to 12.30pm and 2pm to 6.30pm. The château offers vineyard tours and a tasting room.
