Chayee Bourras was founded in 2010 in the Cuadro Benegas district of San Rafael, Argentina, at 800 meters elevation. The winery commits entirely to Bonarda, producing the varietal in two expressions. Clásico and Reserva represent the program. The cellar employs stainless steel with automatic temperature control, while thermal panels regulate the facility itself. Reserve wines rest in French and American oak barrels. The work centers on micro-vinification of limited batches of high-end wine.
