This Spanish family project in San Rafael crafts wine from their own 120-hectare vineyard using gravity-fed production and multiple grape selections, with fermentation happening in small tanks buried underground. They're all about that balance of cutting-edge technique with traditional spirit, making fruity varietals and creative blends that have already made their way to Europe, the UK, and beyond.
