Viscount Florens de Castellane founded this champagne house in Épernay in 1895, choosing the red Saint-Andrews cross as its emblem, a tribute to the oldest regiment in the Champagne region. The program centers on a 66-meter tower with 237 steps and eight floors, offering 360-degree views across Épernay and the surrounding vineyards.
