About Ceretto

Founded in 1937 in Alba, Ceretto operates across wine and confectionery, producing nougat alongside its cellar work. Alessandro Ceretto leads the program, which obtained organic certification in 2015. Since 2008, the house has experimented with fermentation without selected yeasts. The family co-founded Piazza Duomo, a three-Michelin-star restaurant in Piemonte.
