About Buffalo Hill Winery
Buffalo Hill sits in Middletown, New York, overlooking more than 3,000 acres of wetlands preserve from its upper deck. The portfolio spans dry reds, dry and off-dry whites, semi-sweet whites, sparkling wines, and rosé and blush wines. All vegan. The 2022 Black Bear, 2023 Red Fox and Coyote, 2024 Fiddlehead, Tiger Lily, Hummingbird, and Jasmine Rosé, plus 2023 and 2024 Lavender expressions round out the current releases. A chef and full kitchen staff work on-premises, turning out seasonal menus of craft tacos, cured meat boards, cheese plates, spring rolls with herbs, tapas, and handmade ice cream sandwiches. Open Friday through Sunday, first-come, first-serve. Try any three wines free, or purchase a tasting of six and keep your glass. Dogs on leashes welcome. Adults only.
