About Freedom Run Winery
Freedom Run Winery opened in Lockport in 2005 under the stewardship of Richard 'Sean' Manning and his wife Laura Jean. Ryan Sidoti is the winemaker while Kurt Guba is the vineyard manager. The portfolio centers on Pinot Noir and Cabernet Franc, alongside a sparkling wine called Seanpenoise. The Cabernet Franc 2017 and 2018 vintages scored 91 points from Wine Enthusiast. The tasting room welcomes walk-ins daily year-round and serves as a venue for weddings and events.
