Domenic Carisetti, who graduated from the winemaking program at UC Davis in 1975 and served as Senior Winemaker for Taylor and Great Western before managing winemaking at Canandaigua Wine Company from 1986 until 1997, has been making wine for the winery since its founding in 2005. The portfolio centers on the Rosebud line, lighter and fruitier wines designed to be easy to drink. A tasting room and vineyard tours are available.
