Broken Brix in St. Charles operates a tasting and tap room where wine, cider, and mead are made on premise using fruits and grapes sourced from local farmers. The bar pours local craft and Belgian beers alongside bourbon and whiskey. The attached homebrew supply shop stocks fermentation equipment, kegging supplies and CO2 exchange, malted grains, extract, sugars, liquid and dry yeast, flavorings, fruit, oak, and spices. The operation has celebrated a 25 year anniversary.
