Bream Creek Vineyard is a pioneering boutique Tasmanian winery established in 1990 by Fred Peacock, producing award-winning cool climate wines from a vineyard planted in 1974 on Tasmania's east coast overlooking Marion Bay. The vineyard specializes in methode traditionelle sparkling wines, crisp whites, Pinot Noir, Cabernet Merlot blends, and rare German dessert wines.
