About Borjon Winery
Borjon Winery was founded in 2009 in Plymouth, in the Shenandoah Valley of Amador County. The winery crafts wines from Amador County and Napa Valley fruit. The Borjón family arrived in the Shenandoah Valley over 30 years ago from Paracuaro in Guanajuato, Mexico. The tasting room opens Thursday through Monday, 11AM to 5PM, with last pours at 4PM. Two hand-selected flights of five to six wines anchor the experience. The Primo and Familia wine clubs offer regular shipments with tiered discounts. Well-behaved pets are welcome in outside areas when leashed and supervised.
