About Amador Cellars
Amador Cellars works small lots of ripe winegrapes with age-old practices and a minimalist hand. Only yeast and nutrients enter fermentation. Minimal sulfites during aging and before bottling. The wines emerge unfined and unfiltered. Between 2,000 and 4,000 cases annually. The tasting room opens Thursday through Tuesday, 10am to 4:30pm, with the last pour at 3:30pm.
