About Blue Quartz Winery LLC
Blue Quartz Winery opened in Madison County on scenic Route 231 in 2019, sharing a Tasting and Tap Room with Shotwell Run Brewing Co. Hal White and Chris Wallin own and operate the property, which overlooks Old Rag Mountain. The program includes Chardonnay, Viognier, Petit Manseng, Cabernet Sauvignon, and Petit Verdot. The 2023 Estate Grown Chardonnay and 2023 Merlin, a 100% Petit Manseng sweet wine, are part of the portfolio. Outdoor seating offers vineyard views. Food is available from the kitchen and grill or food trucks on site. Kids and dogs are welcome.
