Peter Hunken and Amy Christine run Black Sheep Finds from Lompoc, bringing four decades of combined winemaking experience to the program. Amy Christine holds the Master of Wine credential. They farm The Joy Fantastic, their own vineyard in Santa Barbara's coolest climates, planted old-world-style on hillside terrain with diatom-rich soil. Small-batch wines made without a consultant. The tasting room sits in Los Olivos. Wines pour across California, New York, London, Stockholm, Paris, and Brussels.
