Lepiane Wines traces its lineage to Luigi A. Lepiane, who immigrated from Calabria to California in 1885 and later established L.A. Lepiane winery in 1935 after working as a winemaster for Hollister Winery. The current house, founded in 2013 by Luigi's great-granddaughter, operates in Santa Ynez. The program centers on Grenache, Nebbiolo, and Barbera. The portfolio includes 2014 and 2015 Grenache from Black Oak Vineyard, 2014 Nebbiolo from Bee Sweet Vineyard, 2015 and 2018 Nebbiolo from Alisos Vineyard, 2017 Nebbiolo from Alisos Vineyard, 2021 Barbera from Mora Vineyard, and 2022 La Gaviota from Santa Barbara County. A tasting room welcomes visitors.
