This Hawke's Bay producer named after the Italian word for balance makes exceptional Pinot Gris, Chardonnay, Viognier, and Syrah that reflect their philosophy of equilibrium in every aspect of winemaking. Their 6-hectare vineyard on Roys Hill uses clever slope positioning to coax the best from each variety, with Syrah on the upper terraces and Chardonnay and Viognier on the lower gravels.
