This family-owned boutique winery splits its operation between two Hawke's Bay sites, growing award-winning Chardonnay and Riesling at Te Awanga and a broader range of varieties like Montepulciano and Cabernet Sauvignon at Gimblett Gravels. Their famous straw bale cellar door at Te Awanga is the real draw, offering a relaxed but genuinely informative tasting experience since 2000. They've been crafting small-batch, quality-driven wines since 1996 and have racked up plenty of accolades to prove it.
