About

Biercamp opened on South State Street in Ann Arbor in 2011. Everything is made in-house by hand in small batches. The craft beers and ciders pour by the pint, half pint, growler, or half growler. Cocktails too. The meat comes from farms where animals are raised naturally and humanely, no antibiotics or hormones. All meat is ground fresh and smoked and cured in-house. Bratwurst is made fresh in-house and served on a toasted bun with daily variety changes. Hot dogs are made fresh in-house and smoked on site with daily flavor changes. An all-season outdoor beer garden is available.
