Engabrunn's oldest vineyard was terraced in 1560. Bergkellerei Godfried Steinschade holds a wooden press from 1564. The family business applies batonnage to both the Terroir Collection and Signature Collection. The 2025 vintage, harvested into late October, is elegant, fresh and balanced.
