The philosophy is to match each grape variety to its right location, guided by nature-conscious viticulture and respectful handling of soil. Tastings by appointment are offered in the tasting room. The calendar includes Sundowner events in August on Thursdays starting at 5 PM, Sturmtage October 9–11, and Winterliches Hoffest November 27–29.
