Azienda Agricola Sigi

Azienda Agricola Sigi began in October 1996 when Silvano Buccolini and Giuliana Papa founded what would become their namesake, SiGi, an acronym drawn from their first names. Silvano is a second-level olive oil taster and expert in olive cultivation who previously worked as a technician at the Agricultural Technical Institute of Macerata. The program extends beyond oil into jams, gelatines, syrups, and infused oils. Mulberry, sour cherry, and jujube appear across the portfolio, including the Bacco Non Lo Sa line. The work has been featured twice on the television program Linea Verde.
