About Architectural Vines
Andrew Wineberg planted the first vines in 1980 on his parents' property in Brunswick Hills Township, Ohio. Ten acres took root at the base of the hill below the winery, with two more on the hilltop to the south. The initial program featured Cayuga White, Seyval, Vignoles, Dechaunac, Chancellor, Leon Millot, and Vidal. The winery pairs its wines with meats and cheese from Grandpa's Cheesebarn in Norton, along with Bunker Hill Cheese Crisps, peanuts, Miss Vickies Potato Chips, Whiskey Stix, and Honadel's fine chocolates.
