Sevsamora is a winery founded in 2015 in the village of Saguramo, fitted with modern Bucher Vaslin equipment, producing both bio-organic qvevri wines and classical wines from about 10 hectares of vineyard (half certified organic), supplemented with purchased Kakheti and Lechkhumi grapes including Saperavi and Tsolikouri. The winery actively hosts visitors with a wine museum, tasting halls, a wine salon, and an 'ethno area' offering traditional masterclasses and Georgian cuisine.
