Anselmo Farms spans 2,800 acres in Fairfield, anchored by the first public winery of the Inwood Valley appellation. Vines climb to 1,500 feet, rooted in volcanic soil formed by eruptions of Mt. Lassen and Mt. Shasta. Every block is hand-harvested and hand-sorted. The program has won many medals at wine tasting competitions in California. The ranch offers dining options ranging from Thursday pizza to Sunday family-style meals, vineyard tours, a sporting clay course, and upland game bird hunts.
